At GreenStalk Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vertical growing system. If your purchase doesn't meet your gardening needs, you can return your items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble your vertical planter and place all components, including original hardware and instructions, back into the original shipping box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over the original label.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
